Vodafone UK
In 2004 Vodafone appointed us to become their outsourced partner to design, manage, host and fulfil all operations in relation to their online store. In October 2009 we launched a retail pre-order solution for 500 retail stores and 700 Telesales personnel. In the autumn of 2010, Vodafone has taken our complete Multi Channel solution with up to 6000 licenses.
Over the last 6 years, Vodafone UK and PJ Media has developed powerful systems with powerful capabilities. Catering for thousands of orders per day, at it's peak our Multi Channel Platform implemented by Vodafone, processed over 35,000 orders in just 1 week.
Through our innovative solutions programme, Vodafone has also benefited from a number of UK 'firsts' for customer care and social media channel propositions.
